🚚 Return Shipping Fee: The buyer pays for return shipping costs.
📦 Condition Requirements:
The product seal must be unbroken and unopened.
The original packaging, labels, and accessories must remain intact.
Products with broken safety seals or opened tubs cannot be returned or refunded due to health and hygiene standards.
Step-by-Step Return Process
📩 Initiate Request: Contact our team within 7 days via WhatsApp (+92 305 4376376) or email (ironmass.pk@gmail.com). Provide your Order ID and photos of the unopened product.
📋 Approval: Our team will verify your request and provide you with return dispatch instructions.
📦 Ship the Item: Package the product safely and dispatch it via a trackable courier service to our return address (shipping paid by buyer).
🔍 Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected by our team, your replacement item or refund (via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer) will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a package that is damaged during transit or contains an incorrect item:
Do not open or tamper with the item's seal.
Send us a video/photo of the parcel within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free exchange or full refund for verified errors on our part.
