Yes. Every product listed on IronMass.pk is 100% authentic and imported from official international suppliers. We do not deal in local copies or unverified stock.
How do you verify product freshess and quality?
Before packing, our quality control team manually inspects each item for intact safety seals, packaging integrity, and valid expiration dates.
2. Orders & Shipping
How long does order processing take?
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed within 24 hours. The package is handed over to our shipping provider within the following 24 hours.
Which courier services do you use?
We partner with reliable courier services across Pakistan, including TCS, Leopard Courier, and Pakistan Post.
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
