1. General Conditions & Business Scope

  • IronMass.pk operates as an online retail store delivering premium imported food supplements, whey proteins, mass gainers, and sports nutrition products exclusively within Pakistan.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraud or breach of terms is suspected.

2. Product Authenticity & Quality Disclaimer

  • 🛡️ Authenticity: All products sold on IronMass.pk are 100% authentic imported supplements sourced from verified supply chains.

  • 🔍 Quality & Expiry Assurance: Every item is inspected for packaging integrity, intact safety seals, and valid expiration dates before dispatch.

  • ⚠️ Health Disclaimer: Products listed on IronMass.pk are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or fitness advisor before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing: Following payment confirmation, orders are processed within 24 hours.

  • Courier Handover: Parcels are handed over to our designated shipping partners (TCS, Leopard Courier, or Pakistan Post) within the next 24 hours.

  • Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location (urban centers vs. remote districts).

  • Delivery Delays: IronMass.pk is not responsible for transit delays caused by courier operational issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • 📱 Digital Wallets: JazzCash, Easypaisa, UPaisa

    • 💳 Cards: Visa & Mastercard

    • 🏛️ Banking: Direct Bank Transfer & 1Link Network

  • Orders are dispatched only after successful payment verification and receipt confirmation.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • 🗓️ 7-Day Window: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of package delivery.

  • 📦 Product Condition: Returns are accepted only if the product is completely unopened, unused, and the factory safety seal remains 100% intact. Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards for nutritional products, opened tubs or broken seals cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • 🚚 Return Shipping Fees: The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item sent by our error.

  • 🔄 Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a package that arrived damaged or contains the wrong item:

  1. Do not open or break the seal of the product.

  3. Provide photo/video proof of the damaged box or wrong item along with your Order ID. Verified claims will be eligible for a prompt replacement or full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

IronMass.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website services. Product usage results may vary from person to person depending on diet, training, and individual metabolic factors.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant local courts in Pakistan.
